How Do I Withdraw?

At Desert Diamond Sports, we want to make it as quick and easy as possible for you to get your funds! We offer three methods for players to withdraw from their account:

• Instant Bank Transfer
• Card (Visa or Mastercard only)
• Play+

Please be aware that you will only be able to withdraw back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit. For example, if you most recently used your debit card to deposit money to your Desert Diamond Sports account, you will need to select that card as your withdrawal method. Please note: Discover will not allow withdrawal transactions back to their cards. If you have deposited with a Discover card, you will need to register a different payment method for a withdrawal.

If you are withdrawing to Play+, these funds will be transferred to your Play+ account. By depositing $150.00 or more to your Desert Diamond Sports account or withdrawing $150.00 or more from your Desert Diamond Sports account, you will receive a personalized Play+ card to your registered mailing address within 10-14 days, which can then be used for cash withdrawal at any ATM. 

As Play+ is a third-party service, we cannot view the status of any funds withdrawn from your Desert Diamond Sports account to Play+. For more information on any transactions, please contact Play+ Support directly at (855) 558-0043 or via email at support@playplusgo.com. 

If you have an active bonus on your account, you will receive a notification when requesting a withdrawal that this bonus will be forfeited.
