Why Do I Need To Verify My Location?

Under the terms of our license, we are required to verify that all players are located within the state of Arizona and not on tribal ands in order to place wagers. To do this, we rely on geolocation technology that confirms your location either through your web browser (if you are playing from a computer) or through your mobile phone signals or GPS (if you are playing from the app on a phone or tablet). 

In line with Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions, your access to geolocation services may be temporarily or permanently blocked if you make use of programs that can alter or spoof your location.
