As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, we require that valid personal details including email address, mobile phone number, and residential address be entered during the opening of an account. If there was inaccurate information entered during registration, we may ask you to provide the following:
• A photo of your valid and current government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or non-driver identification card issued by a state or federal government agency). All information and all 4 corners of the ID must be visible.
• Proof of residence in the form of any official document (such as a utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement) reflecting your registered address and issued within the past 3 months
Documents can be uploaded by logging into your account, selecting 'Help & Support' from the menu, and choosing 'Upload Documents'. When documents are uploaded, please enter your valid password and click on the "Save" button. Please note: we can only accept good quality, legible photos of the requested documents. Scanned images cannot be accepted.
We may also request proof of ownership for payment methods when processing certain transactions, such a photo of a credit or debit card used for a deposit or a copy of a recent bank statement. These documents can be provided through the Upload Documents section as well.
