How Do I Make An Instant Bank Transfer Deposit?

By using Instant Bank Transfer, you can deposit funds directly from your bank account. Select Instant Bank Transfer as your payment method and choose your bank. You'll be taken by a secure gateway to your online banking login. Once authenticated, you'll be able to complete your deposit. You can deposit a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $100,000.00 per Instant Bank Transfer deposit.

The Instant Bank Transfer method is operated through Plaid, our payment processing partner. A step-by-step guide for making your Instant Bank Transfer deposit is below:

1. On the Deposit Funds screen, enter your deposit amount and select Instant Bank Transferand click Deposit Funds
2. If you have deposited previously through an Instant Bank Transfer, your information will be saved and displayed here. After reviewing to ensure that this is the account you want to use, click the Deposit button. The funds will be immediately added to your account if the deposit is successful. 
3.  If this is your first time depositing through an Instant Bank Transfer, you will see your Billing Details and can proceed to the next step by clicking Deposit.
4. On the following screen, select PNC if you are depositing from a PNC Bank account. Otherwise, select All other US banks and Continue.
5. You are now being presented information about Plaid, which acts as the gateway between your Desert Diamond Sports account and your bank's online portal. Selecting Continue will allow you to proceed with the transaction. 
6. Where prompted, search for your bank. Most US-based financial institutions are supported.
7. You will now receive a prompt to authenticate with your bank. By clicking Continue, you will be directed to your bank's online platform and will receive a disclaimer to allow Desert Diamond to access your account information. Neither Plaid nor Desert Diamond maintains access to your online banking login. By saving your banking information, you are accessing your bank account only when making a deposit.
8. Once authenticated, you will be prompted to confirm your transaction. When the transaction is approved, the funds are available for immediate use! As with certain other bank transfer transactions, it make take 2-3 business days for the funds to be removed from your bank account. Please make sure that you will have enough in your bank account balance to cover the transaction.

If your bank isn't listed, don't worry! You can still make a deposit via credit or debit card or through Play+.
