Any active wagers that will settle after July 31st 2025 will be managed as below:

| If your wager settling after July 31st was placed with a Free Bet, this wager will be voided and returned to your account within 24 hours of July 3rd 2025 | If your wager settling after July 31st was placed with cash and is eligible for a cash-out, you may chose to cash-out this wager before July 31st 2025 |
| Once returned to your account, you may use this Free Bet on any wager that settles by July 31, 2025. | Wagers that have not been cashed out will be voided on July 31 2025, and your wager will be returned to your account to withdraw. |
Place Your Voided Wager on Our New App
Additionally, for any patron that has an affected wager voided, Desert Diamond will issue an odds boost on our new platform to place a cash wager at the same odds as the original wager. Details on receiving your odds boost will be provided as we approach the launch of our new platform.
